A recent photography and video project created for a private luxury villa on Aegina Island, near Athens, in the Saronic Gulf, Greece. This architect-designed property combines contemporary architecture, refined interiors, carefully selected furniture and expansive outdoor living spaces overlooking the sea.
The project was developed in close coordination with the architect and interior designer, with the photography focused on documenting the villa as a complete architectural and interior design project. Particular attention was given to materials, furnishings, spatial relationships and the connection between the interiors, terraces, swimming pool and surrounding setting.
Aegina Luxury Villa – Photography and Video Project / Saronic Gulf, Greece
Photography was complemented by aerial drone imagery, selected video sequences and a discreet lifestyle presence, while keeping architecture and interior design at the centre of the visual narrative.
Photography project / guidelines : This commissioned luxury villa photography project in Aegina focused primarily on architecture, interiors, design and furniture.
The brief called for a comprehensive visual presentation of the property.
Architectural and interior photography played a central role in documenting the villa’s design, volumes and carefully considered interiors. Wide perspectives reveal the proportions of the rooms and their connection with adjoining spaces, while more focused compositions highlight natural stone, pale wood, sculptural furniture, lighting and decorative elements.
Interior Design, Furniture and Details
Interior design photography gave particular attention to the villa’s furniture, materials, artworks and decorative details. Rather than photographing individual objects separately, the compositions place each element within the architecture and show how furniture and design pieces contribute to the identity of each room.
Drone photography provided a broader architectural perspective of the villa and its setting. Aerial images reveal the complete property layout, including the main building, swimming pool, landscaped areas and outdoor living spaces.
Drone view at the Villa
Drone photography reveals the villa’s multi-level structure, architectural layout, terraces and location close to the sea.

Daytime and twilight drone photography also show the villa from different visual perspectives, helping communicate its architecture, scale and position within the wider landscape..
Exterior villa photography focused on the relationship between the architecture, swimming pool, terraces and outdoor living areas.
