The Client: Tiamo Secrets – Luxury Villas Collection : Tiamo Secrets comprises seven private estates located in the hidden eco-paradise of Sithonia, Chalkidiki, including the private island of Diaporos. These villas boast modern architecture, extreme privacy, 24-hour services, private amenities such as heliports and marinas, and breathtaking views of the North Aegean Sea.
The challenge was to capture these exceptional features, privacy -mainly via drone photography, and convey the exclusivity of the Tiamo Secrets experience.

Photography project / guidelines : Tiamo Secrets – Luxury Villas Collection, a collection of exclusive estates nestled in the Chalkidiki region of Greece, called me to showcase their properties through high-impact drone imagery, architectural + design photography and guest experiences.
Key objectives included :
Highlighting Seclusion and Location : Using aerial perspectives to emphasize the privacy and unique setting of each villa, particularly the White House, Treasure Cove, and Lagoon villas on Diaporos Island, and Villa Spirou in Pyrgadikia.
Showcasing Architectural Design : Capturing the modern architectural design of the villas from advantageous aerial viewpoints.
The White House, Tiamo Secrets most exclusive villa, was needing a series of aerial photos.

Treasure Cove villa was just needing a couple of drone shots to show the villa’s location amidst the typical landscape of Chalkidiki.

This aerial view from a high altitude allows potential clients to see the villa’s layout, its private beach, marina, and the surrounding landscape, helping them understand the property’s scale and its integration with the natural environment.
Among the four luxury villas, the Lagoon Villa required a more comprehensive photo series to fully capture its unique features and appeal. This expanded photographic coverage was necessary to showcase the villa’s distinctive lagoon setting, private jetty for exclusive guest arrivals, integration of indoor and outdoor living spaces and the villa’s architectural details from various angles.

This photo is shot from the sea towards the villa to highlight its private beach location and, as a foreground, its blue sea that reminds of a lagoon.

Villa Spirou required a multifaceted approach to capture its essence fully. While aerial photography was crucial, a more comprehensive photo series was necessary to showcase the villa’s complete appeal.
This expanded series included guest experiences : capturing moments that potential visitors could envision themselves enjoying, such as relaxing by the pool or dining al fresco.
