The latest cover of National Geographic Traveller UK’s Luxury Collection 2025 features one of my photographs : a Hero Shot created for Milaidhoo Island Maldives, one of the Maldives’ most refined luxury resorts and a long-time client of mine.

This image reflects what I seek in every project : capturing the emotion, precision, and quiet sophistication that define true luxury.
It’s also a perfect example of how powerful luxury resort photography can elevate a brand’s identity far beyond its own shores.

Over the years, my work has graced the pages and covers of leading travel and lifestyle magazines, including Private Islands Magazine, Condé Nast Traveller, Forbes, and now National Geographic Traveller UK.
Each new feature reaffirms what I believe in: when photography meets storytelling, it transforms a property into a destination, and a destination into a dream.

Who could have told me that, on that calm evening on Milaidhoo’s sandbank, this image would one day illustrate the cover of National Geographic Traveller UK’s Luxury Collection ?
Moments like these remind me why I do what I do : to turn light, architecture, and emotion into something unforgettable.
This isn’t my first feature with National Geographic.
My photographs have previously appeared on the front cover of National Geographic Traveler (July 2013) and were exhibited by National Geographic Russia, both celebrating the beauty of the Maldives through my resort and destination photography.
