This photo and video project focused on developing a structured visual portfolio for a private luxury villa on Spetses Island, articulating both its architectural character and its connection to the destination.
The objective was to produce a coherent body of imagery positioning the property within the high-end private villa and luxury real estate landscape in Greece, moving beyond purely decorative hospitality imagery to integrate architecture, access, and destination as defining elements of the narrative.
PROJECT COMPLETION : the project was completed over 3 days.
THE KEY OBJECTIVES :
The work focused on architecture, interiors, and spatial relationships. Drone photography and footage extended beyond the property to include harbour views, the character of Spetses Island, and private yacht arrival sequences.

Property Overview.
This private luxury villa on Spetses Island is a standalone estate designed for discreet private ownership and use. Set within landscaped grounds, the property combines Mediterranean architectural elements with contemporary spatial design, offering generous indoor and outdoor living areas and high levels of privacy. Its proximity to the town and harbour allows direct access by yacht, reinforcing the villa’s strong connection to the island and its maritime character within the Saronic Gulf.
