I was commissioned to create a refreshed collection of photos and videos to create a new visual portfolio for Arvi Beach House East, a luxury villa situated on the southern coastline of Crete.
While existing images were available, the owners sought a collection that better represented the villa’s architecture, strategic location, and exceptional privacy.
A series of hero shots were required.
PROJECT COMPLETION : the project was completed over 3 days.
THE KEY OBJECTIVES :
Drone Shots : Capturing aerial views of the secluded villa’s placement and its proximity to a desert beach.
Architecture : Showcasing the villa’s contemporary design, clean lines, and seamless integration with the landscape.
Surroundings : Highlighting the villa’s seclusion, framed by dramatic cliffs, and blue waters.
Mood and Lifestyle : Creating sunset images that evoke tranquility and beauty of the views offered by the villa.
Interiors : Emphasizing the spacious, elegant interiors and thoughtful design elements, with a focus on the views from within.
Property Overview.
Arvi Beach House East is luxury villa hidden in a secluded area, located 2 km west of the village of Arvi-Crete. This beach house present itself as Private retreat and provides to its guests complete seclusions, luxury amenities and services.
In addition to the photography, a bespoke video was created to complement the visual portfolio. Drone footage highlighted the villa’s architecture, location, and key features such as the infinity pool, including closer angles of the expansive terrace. Standard video techniques were employed to capture ground-level perspectives.
The owners specifically requested a dynamic, fast-paced video to provide a full glimpse of the villa as quickly as possible.
Hero shots were tailored to showcase the luxury estate’s best features, such as its infinity pool overlooking the sea at sunset and its location on the coast via drone to highlight its extreme privacy.
