The photographs document the villa’s architecture, outdoor living areas, interiors, and spatial volumes, with particular attention to natural light, design, and the relationship between the property and its coastal environment in the Saronic Gulf.
Drone photography played a central role in documenting the property’s location and access.
Aerial views extend beyond the villa itself to include harbour perspectives and private yacht arrival sequences.

Interior Photography
Interior photography documents the interiors as they are, with an emphasis on space, colors, and natural light. The images present living areas, bedrooms, and leisure spaces, including recreational areas such as the billiard room, focusing on volumes, functionality, and layout. Interior views support the architectural narrative of the project without becoming the primary focus.
Particular attention was given to how the property accommodates different uses of space, from intimate settings to larger shared moments, through outdoor seating areas and dining configurations, while maintaining privacy.
